“I have been with Kels for several years now. I started voice lessons to help with my speaking voice for business, little did I know how much more benefit I would get! The deep breathing has helped to improve health and core strength. The muscle relaxation and control exercises help to relieve tension. Together they combat the negative effects of having a desk job. I was also able to pursue a latent love of theatre by getting involved with local productions, and there I met my wife (results may vary)! Since starting, I have come to believe that it's a vital part of health and wellness. While I'm no Pavarotti myself, almost everyone has a voice and they should learn how to use it. I would encourage both adults and children to take lessons, as I wish I would have had the training when I was younger, but it's never too late to start.
